We believe that hunger is a terrible condition for people to suffer. IPSF’ Food Assistance Program feeds the needy and disabled in the rural area of the HinduKush region of the Himalayan Range where people remain trapped in isolation due to heavy snow fall. The area is cut off from the rest of the world for six to seven months of the year. The inhabitants remain trapped, suffering in the cold, with no heat in sub-zero temperatures.
